To format internal memory of the NV700 picture frame

Go to My Computer:

Locate the “Photoframe” drive

Right-click on the “Photoframe” drive

Select "Format"

Click on "Start" when you receive the Format screen

When prompted with a warning, click "OK"

When finished, close the formatting window

Go back to the “Photoframe” drive and open it (double-click)

You can now copy/paste or drag-n-drop files to this new window.

Once you have finished transferring your files, safely remove the hardware.

Do this from the Green Arrow located at the bottom right-hand side corner of your screen

(near the clock)
