Using MemoryFrame with the Yahoo “Picture Frame” widget
If you want to use the Yahoo “Picture Frame' widget, you first have to download it from widgets.yahoo.com .When you have located the “Picture Frame” widget click “Get It” and then “Continue” and the widget will download. Once the license agreement pops up click, “I Accept” and the widget will automatically install on your desktop, with the message, “done and done”
To make it work with your flickr account, click on the picture frame icon and select, “view”, from the upper right hand corner. From the drop down select, “Authorize to see your photos”. A message will pop up asking you to authorize with your flickr account, click “Authorize” and, providing you have a flickr account, you will then be taken to the flickr authorization screen. Follow the on screen directions and you are done!
It's then easy to drag a photo to the “Picture Frame” icon and upload to your flickr account. Before you upload you can choose to add tags or a description to your photo. Once uploaded it will be placed in your photo stream and displayed on the widget.
How does it work with MemoryFrame?
The MemoryFrame wireless digital picture frame works with several photo sharing sites, including flickr. If you've already configured your frame it's easy.
from the Main menu select “Picture”, then “Play slideshow” and then “Photo sharing web site”. Select, “From Flickr”, once the media has been retrieved select, "Play all". The new picture will then show up automatically from your flickr photo stream.
