Q: The Frame will not play
a slide show. Only the DSI Splash Screen is
displayed.
A: The Frame's internal memory may possibly
be corrupted. In order to correct this problem
you need to format the Frames internal memory.
CAUTION! Formatting the
internal memory will erase all of the images
you have stored on the frame.
To format the Internal Memory:
1. Connect the frame to the PC via the USB Cable
2. Double click on the My Computer Icon
3. Right click on the drive that reprecents
the DSI Frame
4. A new dialogue box will appear, Please select
Format.
5. A new Dialogue box will open, Click on the
Quick Format.
6. Then Click Start.
7. Once completed, click OK.
8. Re-transfer the images back to the frame.
