MV-800 update fix for
"No Support" 640 x 480 ERROR message
This fix will restore your frame to factory default
and remove the “No Support” error experienced
by some MV-800 users.
Please follow these steps carefully
1. Save the “Bank30”
file to your computer (Make sure to choose a folder
where you can easily locate the file)
2. Extract the file to your desktop
3. Copy the file to a SD card
4. Turn the frame ON
5. Unplug the power cable from the frame
6. Insert the SD card
7. Plug the power cable back into the frame (The 640x480
error will remain on the screen)
8. Your frame will automatically run the update (The
update will take five minutes to install)
9. Once the update is complete, the screen will turn
black. Proceed to step 10
10. Cycle the power (OFF/ON)
