irvine, CA September 25, 2007 Digital Spectrum
Solutions Inc. (www.DSIcentral.com), a leading U.S. manufacturer
of digital-photo frames, has expanded its marketing program
in the U.K. and Europe this summer. In May, Digital Spectrum
launched its next-generation wireless MemoryFrame in the U.K.
and Europe through 2tech Ltd, its exclusive distributor in
that part of the world. 2tech Ltd clients include retail stores
Dixons, Fenwicks, M&S and Next, and online stores DABS.com
and Play.com. The premium MemoryFrame was introduced to high-end
retail stores with great success, and is now carried in duty-free
stores at a number of major airports.
These high-end digital frames have captured an ABC1
affluent audience with a passion for quality consumer electronics,
said 2tech Director, Annette Lees. With such a poor
English summer this year, disgruntled British residents are
traveling abroad en masse -- and they are taking their digital
cameras with them. But when they come home, most will dump
their photos onto their PC hard drive, look at them once and
then forget them. The wireless MemoryFrame lets them enjoy
a constantly changing slideshow of their vacation every day.
Digital Spectrum will introduce a number of exciting
new MemoryFrame products over the next few months, Lees
continued. We believe that these frames will achieve or surpass
the success of the wireless MemoryFrame in both Europe and
the U.K.
Obviously, we are pleased that our wireless MemoryFrame
has been so successful overseas, said John Parsa, Digital
Spectrums President and CEO. We look forward to
working with 2tech Ltd as we introduce additional versions
of MemoryFrame to the U.K and Europe.
The wireless MemoryFrame 8104 Premium can access and share
photos, music and video stored on a PC or network. It can
also share photos over the Internet through photo-sharing
sites such as Webshots, Flicker, Windows Live Spaces and Digital
Spectrums My MemoryFrame (dsicentral.com/photosharing/).
In addition, it can play photos, music and video without a
PC or network because it holds hundreds of photos in its internal
memory, and it has a built-in multi-format card reader for
local playback.
An exciting addition to any home, the MemoryFrame 8104 Premium
features a bright active-matrix 10.4" LCD screen, built-in
stereo speakers, a remote control, an automatic slideshow
function and an on-screen menu system. It comes mounted in
an attractive frame that can be placed on a desktop or hung
on a wall -- or it can be mounted into any standard 8x10 photo
frame that matches the users décor.
The MemoryFrame 8104 Premium has a generous 256MB of internal
memory. However, with its built-in card reader, wireless capability,
USB host and device ports, and universal plug and play
capability, it can access and play up to 2GB of content in
one show. In addition, it can play audio in the background
while a slideshow is running. All of these features make the
MemoryFrame ideal for vacations, family reunions, weddings
and many other activities. Frames are available in eight-inch
up to 15-inch formats.
More information about the wireless MemoryFrame can be found

complete list of features, photos of the MemoryFrame 8104
Premium and a data sheet.
