Digi-Sign and SignPak Support
You can download the latest manual and firmware for Digi-Sign and SignPak products by going to the [Support TAB] of each of our products. Simply click on Products from the top menu of our site, then go to the model that you need support for.

MF-8000 MF-8104 update
Version 2.4.0.0
Download 10in.zip to your desktop
Unzip 10in.zip and you will see a folder 10IN
Double click and open the folder, you will see a list of files and folders.
Copy the contents to a freshly formatted SD card.
Make sure the folders and files in that 10IN folder are copied to the root directory of the SD card.
Insert the SD card in the back of your frame
Turn on your frame.
Update will occur immediately
MF-8115 update
Version 2.4.0.0
Download 15in.zip to your desktop.
Unzip 15in.zip and you will see a folder 15IN.
Double click and open the folder, you will see a list of files and folders.
Copy the contents to a freshly formatted SD card.
Make sure the folders and files in that 15IN folder are copied to the root directory of the SD card.
Insert the SD card in the back of your frame.
Turn on your frame. Update will occur immediately.
